一、轴角编码器工作原理轴角编码器是把机械轴角通过测角元件及信号处理电路变换成数字信号的装置。轴角编码器的实现方案有好几种,如幅值编码、相位编码、幅-相混合跟踪式编码等等。鉴于线路的复杂性及元器件的限制,国内采用幅值编码方案较多,这里简述它的工作原理。假定测角元件为旋转变压器,则旋转变压器式轴角编码器原理框图如图1所示。旋转变压器测得机械轴角θ输出的电压信号为
