目的:观察自拟方仙灵生白汤治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将150例肿瘤患者按随机加自愿原则分为实验组、对照组和空白组3组各50例,根据病情不同分别给予TP或GP方案化疗,在化疗的基础上同期实验组给予仙灵生白汤、对照组给予地榆升白片及空白组给予安慰剂治疗。化疗完成后观察各组患者的白细胞变化情况及生命质量(KPS评分)情况。结果:各组患者白细胞最低值、白细胞上升时间及骨髓抑制分级比较,实验组及对照组明显好于空白组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);实验组与对照组各项比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);化疗后发生Ⅲ°及以上骨髓抑制,下周期化疗前白细胞低于正常值,需应用G-CSF治疗者,实验组及对照组的例数及总用量均少于空白组,其中实验组用量最少,对照组次之;实验组治疗后KPS评分优于治疗前,也明显优于治疗后的对照组及空白组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);对照组及空白组治疗前后KPS评分比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);对照组及空白组治疗后KPS评分比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:仙灵生白汤能减少化疗引起的白细胞损伤,更快地恢复白细胞计数,减少G-CSF用量,并改善患者生存质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Fangxian Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of chemotherapy induced leukopenia. Methods: 150 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and blank group, 50 cases in each group. Patients were given TP or GP chemotherapy according to the different conditions. There was no significant difference in the KPS scores between the control group and the blank group after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Xianling Shengbai Decoction can reduce the leucocyte injury induced by chemotherapy, restore the white blood cell count faster, reduce the dosage of G-CSF and improve the quality of life of patients.
