本文通过分析不同因素对电化学脱盐的影响,着重分析了钢筋混凝土电化学脱盐中受水灰比的影响程度及钢筋受腐蚀程度,这是在一特定的电流密度下,将饱和氢氧化钙溶液视为电解质溶液,以双层钢筋混凝土试件作为实验对象进行的。由研究分析表明,在一定程度下,钢筋混凝土电化学脱盐效果受水灰比影响,且呈正比,水灰比越大,效果越好;并且钢筋混凝土电化学脱盐可改变钢筋的受腐蚀性,增强钢筋自身的抗腐蚀性,使其回到没有被腐蚀的状况。
In this paper, the influence of different factors on electrochemical desalination is analyzed, and the influence degree of water-cement ratio and the corrosion degree of reinforcing steel in electrochemical desalination of reinforced concrete are analyzed emphatically. Under a specific current density, saturated calcium hydroxide solution As the electrolyte solution, double-layer reinforced concrete specimens as the experimental object. The research shows that, to a certain extent, the effect of electrochemical desalination of reinforced concrete is affected by the water-cement ratio, and the ratio of water-cement ratio is larger than that of water-cement ratio.
