纳米材料和技术的研究与应用已非常广泛,但在口腔医学领域中还处于起步阶段,由于口腔医学须采用大量的口腔材料进行修复治疗这一特殊性质,因此开展口腔纳米材料和技术的研究极为重要。主要是根据口腔组织特性和口腔医学临床的特点在以下几方面开展研究。在基础方面:对纳米材料和技术与口腔细胞、组织的相互作用关系进行研究。在应用方面:对口腔纳米印模材料、黏结材料、修复材料、组织工程、支架材料、种植材料、预防保健材料等进行研究。在加工技术方面:对复合加工技术、涂层技术、表面修饰技术、修复组装技术、临床加工技术等进行研究。在纳米制品方面:对各种修复体、种植体、固位体、赝复体等进行研究。在治疗装置方面:对牙本质小管导入装置、菌斑清扫装置、龋病治疗装置、牙周修复装置、消毒灭菌装置等,从不同的层面进行纳米材料与技术的研究。不仅可获得各种实用的口腔纳米材料和技术,而且在引进、改性的基础上可实现全面创新。随着纳米材料和技术的发展和完善,使口腔材料和技术的研究得到最新、最强的支持。这种研究,终将达到开辟临床修复治疗的新途径和提高口腔医疗水平的目的,从而取得新的突破。
