目的建立脉络通颗粒中葛根的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定脉络通颗粒葛根素的含量。结果葛根素在0.04~0.82μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法学考察均符合要求。结论所用方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可作为脉络通颗粒的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Pueraria lobata in Mailuotong granules. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of Puerarin. Results Puerarin in the range of 0.04 ~ 0.82μg showed a good linear relationship, methodological studies are in line with the requirements. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a method for determining the content of Mailuotong granules.
