含糖饮料喝多了有损脑健康挪威奥斯陆大学的一些研究人员在对5000多名15到16岁的青少年进行研究后发现,那些喝含糖软包装饮料最多的青少年出现压力过大和多动等脑健康受损症状的几率也最高。研究人员发现,那些经常不吃早饭甚至不吃午饭的青少年喝含糖饮料的数量最多。研究显示含糖饮料与青少年多动症之间有着明确和直接的联系,而且与青少年出现其他脑健康受损和行为障碍症状之间也有着复杂的联系。研究人员称,那些喝含糖饮料最多即一周喝超过6瓶的青少年,较之其他人出现脑健康受损的几率都高。
