目的了解乳腺疾病二维声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流状况,以便帮助临床及时诊断。方法采用GE公司,VOLUSON730PROV型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头频率7.5~10MHz对146例乳腺肿瘤患者行二维超声横切面,纵切面,放射状,反放射状扫查,彩色多普勒行血流检查。结果从彩色超声多普勒图像分析,其中肿瘤内部的血管数目不低于3条.血流信号为中心型,周围型,混合型,信号的形状分为:短线行,分支行,点状不规则形,在146例乳腺肿瘤中,良性瘤为105例,恶性肿瘤为34例。结论结合二维超声肿瘤形态如微小叶、针状突、及内部回声,根据彩色多普勒阻力系数,收缩期最高流速常被用为分辨恶性或良性肿瘤的数据,恶性肿瘤阻力系数不低于0.7。收缩期最高流速不低于20cm/s。如果肿瘤有较高值的血管数目,阻力系数及收缩最高流速,诊断肿瘤为恶性的敏感率可达86%。
