笔者通过对信息环境下人力资源管理改革的分析,了解了信息环境下人力资源管理改革的必要性,认知到现阶段人力资源管理所存在人事管理观念陈旧、竞争机制未有效建立、有效激励考核机制缺乏及缺少专业的人力培养结构的问题,提出了树立人力资源管理观念、对人力资源管理体质进行革新、绩效考核机制科学建立及人力资源开发体系完善的措施,这有利于促进人力资源管理整体水平的提升,为事业单位人力资源管理改革指明了方向,对事业单位人力资源的信息化管理具有重要的现实意义。
