麝香与冰片及其配伍对脑缺血缺氧小鼠模型的影响

目的:考察麝香与冰片及其各配比对脑缺血缺氧小鼠模型的影响。方法:采用亚硝酸钠中毒性缺氧、小鼠断头、尾静脉注射氯化镁、尾静脉注射空气等所致脑缺血缺氧模型,观察药物对脑缺血缺氧小鼠的存活时间的影响。结果:①单味麝香、冰片均能显著延长亚硝酸钠中毒性缺氧、断头、尾静脉注射空气小鼠的存活时间,冰片还能延长尾静脉注射氯化镁小鼠存活时间;②麝香与冰片配伍能显著延长亚硝酸钠中毒性缺氧、断头、尾静脉注射空气以及氯化镁所致缺氧缺血模型小鼠的存活时间。③与各单味药比较,麝香与冰片配伍无显著增效作用。结论:单味麝香、冰片以及二者配伍,对小鼠脑缺血缺氧均有显著的保护作用,提示二者配伍有“存效”作用,但未能呈现显著的“相须相使”增效作用。 Objective: To investigate the effects of musk and borneol and their proportions on the mouse model of cerebral ischemia and hypoxia. Methods: Hypoxic hypoxia in sodium nitrite, mice were decapitated, magnesium chloride injected into the caudal vein and air injected into the caudal vein were used to observe the effect of the drug on the survival time of mice with cerebral ischemia and hypoxia . Results: (1) Both musk and borneol significantly prolonged the survival time of sodium nitrite poisoning hypoxia, the decapitated and caudal vein air mice, and the borneol prolonged the survival time of mice injected with caudal vein magnesium chloride. ② Musk and borneol Compatibility can significantly prolong the sodium nitrite poisoning hypoxia, broken head and tail vein injection of air and magnesium chloride-induced hypoxia-ischemia model mice survival time. ③ compared with the single herb, musk and borneol compatibility no significant synergistic effect. Conclusion: The combination of single musk, borneol and their combination have significant protective effect on cerebral ischemia and hypoxia in mice, suggesting that the compatibility of both musk and borneol can not show obvious “phase effect” Phase so that "synergy.
