目的明确对苯二酚对黑胸散白蚁取食行为的影响。方法利用10 ng/ml~100μg/ml不同浓度的对苯二酚溶液处理食料,测定黑胸散白蚁对其的诱集反应和取食量。结果在10 ng/ml~10μg/ml对苯二酚浓度处理下,1 h观测时间内,处理食料对散白蚁的诱集数量与CK间无显著性差异;但在100μg/ml对苯二酚浓度处理下,随观测时间的延长,CK对散白蚁的诱集量逐渐增加,当观测时间≥30min时,CK与处理间呈现显著性差异;当对苯二酚浓度为10 ng/ml~10μg/ml时,其对黑胸散白蚁的取食量无显著影响,选择性取食量为11~15 mg,非选择性取食量为22~26 mg;当对苯二酚浓度提高至100μg/ml时,黑胸散白蚁对处理的取食量急剧下降,选择性取食量和非选择性取食量分别为5.5 mg和12 mg,与CK间存在显著性差异。结论对苯二酚对黑胸散白蚁无显著诱食活性,但当浓度达到100μg/ml时,黑胸散白蚁表现出驱避性和拒食效应。
Objective To determine the effect of hydroquinone on feeding behavior of Termite black termites. Methods The feedstuffs were treated with 10 ng / ml ~ 100 μg / ml hydroquinone solution and the trapping reaction and food intake of Termitomyces were measured. Results Under the treatment of 10 ng / ml ~ 10 μg / ml hydroquinone, there was no significant difference in the number of trapped termites when treated with foodstuff within 1 h of observation time. However, Under the treatment of CK, the trapping amount of termite termites increased gradually with the increase of observation time. When the observation time was more than 30 minutes, there was a significant difference between CK and the treatment. When the concentration of hydroquinone was 10 ng / ml ~ 10 μg / ml, it had no significant effect on the feeding amount of termite termites. The selective feeding amount was 11-15 mg and the non-selective feeding amount was 22-26 mg. When the hydroquinone concentration was increased to 100 μg / ml, the feeding rate of black-throated termites decreased sharply, with the selective and non-selective intakes of 5.5 mg and 12 mg, respectively, which were significantly different from CK. Conclusion Hydroquinone has no significant activity on black-tailed termites, but when the concentration reaches 100μg / ml, black-tailed termites exhibit repellent and antifeedant effects.
