以黑龙江省保护地主栽草莓品种甜查理和枥乙女为试材,对其匍匐茎苗进行不同温度的夜冷处理,通过镜检观察其花芽分化程度,待其花芽分化结束后,进行日光温室栽培试验,根据其定植成活率、植株生长情况、物候期、果实经济性状、抗病性等性状表现,筛选出各品种最适宜的夜冷处理温度和最短夜冷处理天数。结果表明,甜查理草莓在夜冷温度为10℃时,花芽分化需23天,果实盛熟期较对照提前24天;枥乙女草莓在夜冷温度为12℃时,花芽分化需25天,果实盛熟期较对照提前26天;此育苗技术不仅能使草莓成熟期提前,而且能提高果实品质、前期产量和经济效益。
Strawberry variety Sweet Charlie and Taka Otome were used as test materials in Heilongjiang Province. The stoloniferous seedlings were subjected to night-cold treatment at different temperatures. The degree of flower bud differentiation was observed through microscopic examination. After the flower bud differentiation, According to its survival rate, plant growth, phenology, fruit economic traits, disease resistance and other traits, the most suitable night cold temperature and shortest night cold treatment days were screened. The results showed that the sweet charlie strawberry at night cooling temperature of 10 ℃, flower bud differentiation needs 23 days, the fruit ripening period compared with the control 24 days ahead; stable Ottawa strawberries at night cooling temperature of 12 ℃, flower bud differentiation takes 25 days, fruit Sheng mature period 26 days earlier than the control; this nursery technology can not only advance the maturity of strawberry, but also improve fruit quality, pre-production and economic benefits.
