转向架是铰接式压路机铰接系统的一个重要零件,其结构如图1所示,主要由1块底板和4个耳板组成。该零件结构虽然比较简单,但是由于在与铰接架配合时(见图2),需要在耳板孔内安装立轴及球铰轴承,为确保转向灵活及球铰轴承的使用寿命,要求4个耳板上φ80 mm孔加工后有较高精度的同轴度。因转向架需要批量生产,在加工中心上加工这4个φ80 mm孔比较适宜。
