为探讨空间微重力和宇宙辐射对家蚕蚕卵的生物学效应,在俄罗斯生物卫星舱内进行了蚕卵生物叠实验,研究银河宇宙线重粒子作用于滞育期蚕卵的生物效应。卫星在轨飞行12d,测量的累积辐射剂量为1.88mGy。蚕卵样本分为轨道飞行重粒子击中组、轨道飞行重粒子未击中组、地面实验组与地面对照组。观察了各组第一代蚕卵的孵化率、发育过程、蚕茧重量和蚕蛹重量,结果表明,各实验组的上述观察指标均无明显差异,但轨道飞行组的蚕茧重量均值高于地面对照组,这一现象值得进一步研究。
In order to investigate the biological effects of space microgravity and cosmic radiation on the silkworm eggs, silkworm eggs were stacked in a Russian satellite capsule to study the biological effects of galactic cosmic rays on diapause silkworm eggs. The orbital flight 12d, the cumulative dose of radiation measured 1.88mGy. Silkworm egg samples were divided into orbital heavy fly hit group, orbital heavy fly missed group, ground experimental group and ground control group. The hatchability, developmental process, silkworm cocoon weight and silkworm pupa weight of first-generation silkworm eggs of each group were observed. The results showed that there was no significant difference among the above experimental groups, but the average weight of silkworm cocoon in orbital group was higher than that of the ground control group , This phenomenon deserves further study.
