基于三维CAD软件CATIA,对荣威750FCV前横向稳定杆进行轻量化设计,主要包括对前横向稳定杆采用空心设计,以及采用新的高强度钢材料。然后采用有限元分析软件Hypermesh,对轻量化前后的前横向稳定杆进行有限元分析,主要包括应力与变形分析,扭转刚度分析以及模态分析。对比可知,轻量化的前横向稳定杆符合强度与刚度的要求。最后进行了稳定杆的疲劳强度校核,表明轻量化后的前横向稳定杆在正常使用时是安全可靠的。
Based on the CATIA 3D CAD software, the Roewe 750FCV front stabilizer bar is designed with a lightweight design that includes a hollow design for the front stabilizer bar and a new high-strength steel material. Then the finite element analysis software Hypermesh was used to analyze the finite element before and after the light weight stabilizer bar, including stress and deformation analysis, torsional stiffness analysis and modal analysis. The comparison shows that the lightweight front stabilizer bar meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. Finally, the fatigue strength of the stabilizer bar was checked, indicating that the lightweight front stabilizer bar is safe and reliable in normal use.
