目前我国各地建设的轻危险级和中危险级高空间建筑物越来越多 ,多数是影响面较大的重要建筑物 ,要否设计自动水喷淋系统 ?国内现行规范有 8m高度限制。国外规范以美国 NFPA13为例 ,没有高度限制 ,但也没有高空间建筑物保护的具体条款 ,因此业界人士意见不同。如果要设计自动水喷淋系统 ,采用哪种洒水喷头 ?如何实施 ?这个问题不解决 ,可能成为新工程的重大消防隐患。我认为 ,水消防工程的投资虽占总工程投资的比例很小 ,却是人员生命和财产安全的重要保障。在目前技术有了发展 ,而法规滞后引发争议的情况下 ,安装自动水喷淋系统是上策。下面谈到的内容 ,是一种建议 ,也是一种抛砖引玉的讨论 ,敬请指正。
