细胞周期的内源性调控主要是通过cyclin CDK CKI进行网络调控实现的。cyclin不仅能调控细胞周期 ,而且有的cyclin还与基因转录有关。cyclin不仅在机体的生长发育、细胞凋亡和分化等生理过程中有重要意义 ,而且与肿瘤和病毒感染性疾病有密切关系。病毒编码的cyclin有癌基因特征 ,其表达在肿瘤相关的逆转录病毒致癌过程中有重要作用。cyclin在细胞周期和转录调控中的作用是目前细胞周期研究的热点。
The endogenous regulation of the cell cycle is mainly through the cytoplasmic regulation of cyclin CDK CKI. Cyclin can not only regulate the cell cycle, but also some cyclin gene transcription. Cyclin is not only important in physiological processes such as growth and development, apoptosis and differentiation, but also has a close relationship with tumor and viral infectious diseases. The virally encoded cyclin has oncogene characteristics whose expression plays an important role in carcinogenesis of tumor-associated retroviruses. The role of cyclin in cell cycle and transcriptional regulation is currently a hot topic in cell cycle research.
