作者们研制了烧结机点火器用的无煤烟熔结故障的煤粉烧嘴。所研制的烧嘴火焰短而稳定,燃料燃烧效率高。当煤粉燃烧量为30公斤/小时、焦炉煤气喷入量(混烧率)相当于燃料总热收入的10%的条件下,火焰长度为0.8米。所研制的煤粉分配器的分配误差低于4.0%。上述烧嘴与煤粉分配器已安装在住友公司和歌山钢铁厂2号烧结机点火器内。与单烧焦炉煤气(25个烧嘴)的普通点火方式比较,由于新点火方式改变了热分配方式,热收入增高,而点火燃料费用降低40%。同时,烧结矿达到了同样良好的质量。
The authors developed a pulverized coal burner with a soot-less failure for a sintering machine igniter. The developed burner flame is short and stable, and the fuel combustion efficiency is high. The flame length was 0.8 m when the coal combustion amount was 30 kg / hr and the coke oven gas injection rate (co-firing rate) was equivalent to 10% of the total fuel heat gain. The distribution error of the pulverized coal distributor developed is less than 4.0%. The burner and pulverized coal distributor has been installed in Sumitomo Wakayama Iron Works No. 2 sintering machine igniter. Compared with the normal ignition method of single-fired coke oven gas (25 burners), heat revenue is increased due to the new heat distribution method, and the ignition fuel cost is reduced by 40%.
