本文报导了利用对棉花枯萎病菌有拮抗作用的两株荧光假单胞杆菌和两株产芽孢细菌在田间防治棉花枯萎病的试验结果。结果表明荧光假单胞杆菌的防治效果较好,P_(32)和P_(34)在苗期分别使病情指数降低(防治效果)73.14%和73.63%,在开花期分别降低病情指数74.73%和49.73%,棉花增产率分别为15.79%和12.03%。
In this paper, two strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens and two strains of spore-forming bacteria that are antagonistic against Fusarium oxysporum f. The results showed that the control effect of Pseudomonas fluorescens was better. The P_ (32) and P_ (34) decreased the disease index (control effect) by 73.14% and 73.63% at seeding stage respectively, and decreased the disease index by 74.73% 49.73%, cotton yield increase rates were 15.79% and 12.03% respectively.
