在跨地域的多中心临床试验中,为提高试验效率、保障试验质量,结合Win 2003 Server的ⅡS服务、SQLServer 2005数据库,使用ASP.Net编程技术,开发了面向网络的Pocock and Simon最小化随机化算法模型,并在此模型上开发出多中心临床试验网络管理系统。该系统中双方用户实现了从受试者筛选、随机化、药物管理到电子病例报告表填写的协调过程;该系统用户还可以通过内部邮件办公信息平台,实现公文公示、信息交流等众多实用辅助功能。
In the trans-regional multi-center clinical trial, in order to improve the test efficiency and ensure the quality of the trial, the Pocock and Simon-oriented Pmock and Simon minimization randomization was developed based on the WinS Server IIS service and SQL Server 2005 database using ASP.Net programming technology Algorithm model, and in this model to develop a multi-center clinical trial network management system. In this system, users from both sides have completed the process of coordination from screening, randomization, drug administration to electronic case report forms. The users of this system can also make use of the internal mail office information platform to achieve many practical assistance such as official document publicity and information exchange Features.
