目的 观察中药清肝消丹对小鼠移植性肝癌的作用,探讨抗癌机制。方法 分别将清肝消丹以6g/kg、3g/kg、1g/kg和替加氟片(FT-207)0.1g/kg,生理盐水0.2ml/10g,连续灌胃给药10天,停药后24小时处死小鼠,取肿瘤称重量,测量肿瘤体积,并取小块肿瘤组织以10%甲醛固定,作HE染色。结果 清肝消丹组肿瘤重量抑制率为31.29%~53.80%;肿瘤体积抑制率为29.90%~51.96%,每个高倍视野的瘤细胞核分裂数为2.97±0.543个至3.46±0.72个,与生理盐水组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。清肝消丹各用药组肿瘤切片可见大量淋巴细胞聚集。结论 清肝消丹可能通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,提高荷瘤小鼠机体免疫功能等方面的综合作用抑制移植性肝癌细胞生长,从而达到抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Qingganxiao-Dan on mice with transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and to explore the anti-cancer mechanism. Conclusion Qingganxiaoantan may inhibit the growth of transplanted hepatoma cells by inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells and enhancing the immune function of the tumor-bearing mice, thus achieving the anti-tumor effect.
