WBS作为项目管理重要组成部分,是制定进度计划、资源计划、成本预算、风险管理计划、变更与索赔管理的重要基础。在巴基斯坦国家炼油厂EPC总承包项目中,WBS的编制、应用得到了项目各参与方高度认可,使各参与方能从整体上知悉项目各项工作进展,作为下达任务、沟通管理的依据,为总体协调、控制管理提供支撑,提升了项目整体管理水平。
As an important part of project management, WBS is an important foundation for formulating schedule, resource plan, cost budget, risk management plan, change and claim management. In the EPC general contracting project of Pakistan National Refinery, the preparation and application of WBS have been highly recognized by all participants in the project so that each participant can know the progress of each project as a whole as the basis for assigning tasks and communicating management. Overall coordination, control management to provide support and enhance the overall project management level.
