目的:为长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳茎和叶药材鉴别提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别的方法掌握药材的性状、组织构造和细胞形态等特征;用薄层色谱法进行鉴别;并做二者的比较。结果:茎皮的硬度、小叶的质地、形状及叶缘刺状锯齿数;海绵细胞的形状、草酸钙方晶存在部位及数量、茎韧皮纤维细胞的形状、石细胞数量等为它们的鉴别要点;薄层色谱相似。结论:长柱十大功劳与阔叶十大功劳在性状方面有一定的区别,在显微特征上有明显不同,薄层色谱相似。
Objective: To provide the basis for the identification of the medicinal materials for the stem and leaf of the broad-leaved Mahonia. Methods: Traits, tissue structure and cell morphology were determined by trait identification and microscopic identification. Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify and compare the two methods. RESULTS: Hardness of bark, texture, shape of leaflet, and jagged sawtooth number of leaflet; sponge cell shape, presence and quantity of calcium oxalate square crystal, shape of stem bast fiber cell, and number of stone cells as their identification Key points; thin layer chromatography is similar. Conclusion: There is a certain difference in traits between the long-paw and the broad-leaved Mahonia glauca. The microscopic characteristics are obviously different and the thin-layer chromatograms are similar.
