1 Introduction Many weather phenomena in the northern hemisphere are related to the atmospheric circulation in the southern hemisphere [1], especially the development of the cyclone in the southern hemisphere and the change of its pathways [2-6], which truly reflect the characteristics of the atmospheric circulation in the southern hemisphere.
