露天矿爆破最优化问题是一个越来越受到各国学者和采矿工作者重视的研究课题。所谓“爆破最优化”即是通过对矿岩爆破物理过程和采矿生产成本规律的数学模拟,采用电子计算机求得使总的采矿生产成本有极小值的最佳块度分布及其对应的爆破参数。文章介绍了爆破最优化的研究内容和研究途径。在文章的第二部分中,简要地介绍了近二十余年来各国学者在矿岩爆破过程的计算机模拟研究中所作的大量工作和几个重要的爆破数学模型的基本情况。在文章的第三部分中,作者对我国开展爆破计算机模拟和爆破最优化的研究工作提出了几点意见。建议在学习国外经验的基础上致力于建立我国自己的爆破数学模型。
The optimization of blasting in open pit mine is a research subject that has been paid more and more attention by scholars and mining workers from all over the world. The so-called “blasting optimization” is through the mathematical simulation of ore blasting physical process and mining production cost rules, the use of electronic computer to get the total mining production costs have the minimum value of the best block size distribution and the corresponding blasting parameter. The paper introduces the research contents and research ways of blasting optimization. In the second part of the article, a brief introduction is given to the extensive work done by scholars from various countries in the computer simulation of ore blasting in the past 20 years and the basic situation of several important mathematical models of blasting. In the third part of the article, the author put forward some suggestions to our country to carry out research on optimization of blasting computer simulation and blasting. It is suggested that we should establish our own mathematical model of blasting based on the study of foreign experience.
