利用阳极氧化法在钛表面制备出两组纳米管径分别约为50、150 nm的TiO_2纳米管层试样,采用电化学脉冲沉积法将单质铜沉积在试样上,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计对改性层的表面形貌、元素分布、硬度进行了表征。结果显示:大管径试样沉积铜的效果要优于小管径试样;沉积铜后试样表层是氧化铜和单质铜的混合体;大管径试样沉积铜后硬度高于小管径试样。
Two sets of TiO 2 nanotube layers with nanotube diameters of about 50 and 150 nm were prepared on the surface of titanium by anodization. Electrochemical pulse deposition was used to deposit elemental copper on the samples. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester were used to characterize the surface morphology, elemental distribution and hardness of the modified layer. The results show that the effect of copper depositing on large diameter specimens is better than that on small diameter specimens. The surface layer of copper after copper deposition is a mixture of copper oxide and elemental copper. The hardness of copper deposited on large diameter specimens is higher than that of small tubes Sample diameter.
