在新时期,企业职工思想政治工作成为企业生产经营的动力支持,对于企业长远发展具有积极意义,但是很显然现下的职工思想较为消极,因此在新时期必须要做好职工思想政治工作,对此在本文中笔者将从当下职工思想状态现状出发,提出以下加强和创新职工思想政治工作策略。 In the new period, the ideological and political work of enterprise workers has become the motive support for the production and operation of enterprises, which is of positive significance to the long-term development of the enterprise. However, it is clear that the current thinking of staff and workers is rather negative. Therefore, in the new period, ideological and political work of workers must be done well. In this paper, the author will start from the current status of the ideological status of workers, put forward the following strategies to strengthen and innovate ideological and political work of workers and staff.
