企业海外志愿服务是随着企业社会责任实践和理论的不断发展而出现的,是西方跨国企业通行的一种行动策略。我国企业“走出去”已有20多年的历史,比较中国制造和中国品牌的成就,社会责任方面还有与国际接轨和进步的空间。在当前全球贸易保护主义抬头、市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,应吸收跨国企业海外志愿服务的先进经验,加强国家层面的统筹协调和支持引导,从而帮助“走出去”企业可持续发展,实现全方位对外开放和“一带一路”战略布局协调推进。
The overseas volunteer service of enterprises emerges with the continuous development of the practice and theory of corporate social responsibility, and is an action strategy adopted by western multinational corporations. Our company “Going Global” has a history of more than 20 years. Compared with the achievements made by Chinese manufacturers and Chinese brands, there is room for social responsibility and international standards and progress. Under the current situation of the rise of global trade protectionism and increasingly fierce market competition, we should absorb the advanced experience of overseas volunteer service of multinational corporations and strengthen the co-ordination and support and guidance at the national level so as to help the enterprises of “going out” to achieve sustainable development, To achieve all-round opening up and the coordinated strategic layout of the Belt and Road initiative.
