高等职业院校在教学实践中的观摩听课方式比较单一,大多采用通知或抽查的方法,存在较大的局限性,难以最大限度地发挥观摩听课的综合作用。针对高职院校教学实践性比较强、动手操作课比较多、训练技能性比较高、一人讲授多个班次、多人讲授一门课程、常用个别辅导形式等特点,提出适合于高等职业院校的观摩听课方法八种,以最大程度地发挥观摩听课的作用,实现通过观摩听课考核、评价、督促、宣传、推介教师的预期目的。
