随着科学技术的快速发展,林木联合采育机在林业领域的作用日益明显。但是在复杂的林区环境下,必要的清障机构有利于提高采育机林区作业效率。设计一种适合我国作业的轮式采育机清障机构,在Pro/E环境下对清障机构进行虚拟样机建模,并对推铲进行运动学与动力学仿真,得到推铲液压缸的运动特性曲线与受力特性曲线。分析结果表明,清障机构在作业过程中推铲液压缸的最大轴向推力达到51408 N,符合清障功能需求。
With the rapid development of science and technology, the joint effect of tree-growing machines in forestry has become increasingly obvious.
