目的 研究RGD结合型长循环脂质体对黑色素瘤在小鼠体内肺转移的抑制作用。方法 以RGD结合型长循环脂质体与黑色素瘤细胞混合或直接静脉间隔给药 ,按设计时间处死动物 ,然后检查肺转移癌灶数目。结果 RGD结合型长循环脂质体对小鼠黑色素瘤实验性肺转移与自发性肺转移具有显著的抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 含RGD基元多肽结合型长循环脂质体可能对新生肿瘤具有抑制与治疗作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of RGD-conjugated long-circulating liposomes on lung metastasis of melanoma in mice. METHODS: RGD-conjugated long circulating liposomes were mixed with melanoma cells or injected directly intravenously. Animals were sacrificed at the designed time, and the number of lung metastases was examined. Results RGD-conjugated long-circulating liposomes had significant inhibitory effect on experimental lung metastasis and spontaneous lung metastasis in mouse melanoma (P <0.01). Conclusion RGD-bearing peptide-binding long circulating liposomes may have an inhibitory and therapeutic effect on neoplasms.
