圆坏压缩试验法是目前广泛地用来研究锻压时润滑效果的一种方法。它可以在接近工作的条件下定量地测定摩擦系数。我所于1978年初,结合几种润滑剂的研究,采用该法使用计算机计算得出了评价摩擦系数的结果,并绘制了比较精确的理论标定曲线。一、圆环压缩试验的理论分析结果在1964年Avitzur(阿维楚)首先发表了圆环压缩时考虑二端面摩擦影响的理想数学解论文[2]。这篇论文是国內一些单位[7、8]所引用的公式来源。之所以称为理想数学解是因为计算时作
Circle bad compression test method is widely used to study the lubrication effect of forging a method. It measures the coefficient of friction quantitatively close to the job.
