目的对白花败酱草的化学成分进行研究。方法通过大孔吸附树脂、Sephadex LH-20、反相HPLC等多种色谱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行鉴定。结果从白花败酱草的体积分数70%乙醇提物中分离得到了11个木脂素类化合物,分别为(7R,8S)-3,3’,5-三甲氧基-4’,7-环氧-8,5’-新木脂素-4,9,9’-三醇-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),(7S,8R)-4,9’-二羟基-3,3’-二甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯骈呋喃-1’-丙醇基新木脂素-9-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(2),(7R,8S)-二羟基脱氢二松柏醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),(7S,8R)-二羟基脱氢二松柏醇-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),7R,8S-glochidioboside(5),落叶松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),落叶松脂素-9-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7),落叶松脂素-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),5,5’-二甲氧基落叶松脂醇-4’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),tanegool(10)和tanegool-7’-methyl ether(11)。结论所有化合物都是首次从败酱属中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Patrinia. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous resin, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC, and identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven lignan compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of Patrinia mongolicus, and they were (7R, 8S) -3,3 ’, 5-trimethoxy- Epoxy-8,5’-neolignan-4,9,9’-triol-9-0- D-glucopyranoside (1), (7S, 8R) Dihydroxy-3,3’-dimethoxy-7,8-dihydrobenzofuran-1’-propanol Neo-Ligno-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (2) , (7R, 8S) -dihydroxydehydorebuterol -4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), (7S, 8R) (4), 7R, 8S-glochidioboside (5), larchinone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) D-Glucopyranoside (7), Larchone -4’-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), 5,5’-Dimethoxylalcoholol-4’-O-β -D-glucopyranoside (9), tanegool (10) and tanegool-7’-methyl ether (11). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Patrinia for the first time.
