以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用微波-水热法制备了多孔ZnIn2S4光催化剂,通过XRD、SEM、UV-Vis、EDS等分析手段对催化剂的晶型结构、形貌及化学组成进行了表征。考察了模板剂浓度、pH值、微波时间与温度对多孔ZnIn2S4光催化剂形貌结构及催化降解甲基橙的影响。制备的最佳条件为:CTAB模板剂的加入量为0.54g、pH值为2.0、温度为140℃、时间为1.0h。当催化剂用量为0.01g,催化降解甲基橙降解率可达64.3%。
Porous ZnIn2S4 photocatalyst was prepared by microwave-hydrothermal method using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template. The crystal structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-Vis and EDS. , Morphology and chemical composition were characterized. The effects of templating agent concentration, pH value, microwave time and temperature on the morphologies of porous ZnIn2S4 photocatalysts and the catalytic degradation of methyl orange were investigated. The optimal preparation conditions were as follows: the dosage of CTAB template was 0.54g, the pH value was 2.0, the temperature was 140 ℃, the time was 1.0h. When the amount of catalyst is 0.01g, the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 64.3%.
