汽车覆盖件模具拥有独特的单件生产特点,其生产制造过程的工时定额操作存在定额效率低、对定额员经验要求高、定额不规范等问题。本文针对汽车模具典型部件,如:上、下模座,凸模,压料器,锻件镶块,铸件镶块,废料刀,挡料器等,分析其结构特征及材料特性,从工时定额的角度进行模块化分类,形成涵盖所有部件的类组,再基于标准工艺流程对各类组进行工时定额,通过进行对比实验验证定额准确性,实现汽车模具工时定额标准化。
