武钢1700热连轧厂滚筒式切头飞剪的特点在文献[1]中作了详细的介绍,文献[2]在叙述切头飞剪时,也采用文献[1]中所述的内容。介绍飞剪第4个特点为“上、下转鼓传动采用加宽齿宽的斜齿圆柱齿轮,以消除齿隙影响,而不采用副齿轮消除齿间隙办法,使结构简单”。这就是说,消除齿轮间隙是靠加宽齿轮的宽度,而不是靠飞剪传动装置及同步齿轮的结构。对此进行分析与研究之后,我们认为文献[1]和[2]所述不够严密,容易造成误解。
The characteristics of the drum-type flying shear of the 1700 hot rolling mill in WISCO were introduced in detail in [1]. In [2], the description in [1] was also used in the description of flying shear. Introducing the fourth feature flying shears “upper and lower drum drive with widened tooth width bevel gear, to eliminate the impact of backlash, instead of using gear to eliminate tooth gap approach to make the structure simple.” This means that eliminating the gear gap is by widening the width of the gear, not by the fly-shear gear and the structure of the synchronizing gear. After analyzing and studying this, we think that the literature [1] and [2] are not strict enough to cause misunderstanding.
