林州市红旗渠补源工程马家岩水库,位于海河流域漳卫河水系的河南省林州市城北40km的浊漳河支流露水河西支浊河的马家岩村西南,距红旗渠总干渠约3.6Km。但近年内引水量锐减、出现过断流现象且发生过严重水事冲突的红旗渠补充水源,同时兼顾发电的新建综合利用枢纽工程,水库总库容2795.00万m3,工程总投资为2.00亿元,是河南省重点水利工程。本文简述了防渗面板施工控制要点、要点控制方法及采取的措施。
