利用射频磁控共溅射的方法制备出纳米GaSb SiO2 镶嵌复合薄膜 .用Cary 5E分光光度计分析研究了复合薄膜的室温透射光吸收特性 .用Z扫描方法测量了复合薄膜在 63 2 8nm处大的双光子吸收系数 β≈ 0 0 82m W ,非线性折射率γ≈ 3 76× 10 - 9m2 W及非线性系数 χ( 3) ≈ 7 84× 10 - 9esu .
The nanostructured GaSb SiO2 inlaid composite films were prepared by radio-frequency magnetron co-sputtering method.The room-temperature transmission light absorption properties of the composite films were investigated by Cary 5E spectrophotometer.The Z-scan method was used to measure the optical properties of the composite films at 63 2 8 nm The two - photon absorption coefficient β ≈ 0 0 82m W, the nonlinear refractive index γ ≈ 3 76 × 10 - 9m2 W and the nonlinear coefficient χ (3) ≈ 7 84 × 10 - 9esu.
