随着人类社会的进步,汽车行业在全世界兴起,所引起的环境问题也越来越受到关注,汽车行业的节能减排已成为当前亟待解决的问题。瑞典被视为制订环境政策的先驱,政策制订者不仅努力保护环境,还致力于提升国内企业竞争力,相应瑞典的企业也战略性地承担着企业社会与环境责任。一种有效的政策工具,应该有相应的激励机制来配套,即让最具能力引入变化从而实现政策目标的力量得到激励。企业承担的责任是切切实实依存于其市场定位的。市场调节着企业的社会责任决策,要降低汽车行业的排放需要市场、政策制订者和技术可行性之间的互动。
With the progress of human society, the automobile industry in the world, the environmental problems caused by more and more attention, energy-saving emission reduction in the automotive industry has become the urgent problem to be solved. Sweden is seen as a pioneer in environmental policy making. Policymakers not only work hard to protect the environment, but also work to enhance the competitiveness of domestic enterprises. Correspondingly, Swedish enterprises also assume corporate social and environmental responsibilities strategically. An effective policy instrument should be complemented by appropriate incentives that encourage the power most capable of bringing in change to achieve its policy goals. The responsibility of the enterprise is actually depend on its market positioning. Market regulation of corporate social responsibility decisions, to reduce the emissions of the automotive industry requires market, policy makers and technical feasibility of the interaction.
