本文应用地高辛放射免疫方法测定原发性高血压患者(EHT)和有或无高血压家族史的正常子女的内源性“类洋地黄”物质浓度(EDLC)。也同时测定红细胞膜Na~+-K~+协同转运。结果表明:EHT和有高血压家族史正常子女EDLC均值显著升高;在EHT中Na~+-K~+协同转运正常的患者EDLC均值高于异常的患者;从EDLC与血压呈正相关表明EDLC作为细胞钠代谢调节物质而作用于高血压维持机制而非始动机制。这些结果也提示EHT可能有不同离子转运类型,一部分可能是钠泵抑制型,另一部分可能是Na~+-K~+协同转运缺陷型。
In this study, digoxin radioimmunoassay was used to determine the endogenous “digitalis concentration” (EDLC) of patients with essential hypertension (EHT) and normal children with or without a family history of hypertension. Also determine the red cell membrane Na ~ + -K ~ + co-transport. The results showed that the average EDLC mean of EHT and normal children with family history of hypertension increased significantly. The average EDLC mean of patients with normal Na ~ + -K ~ + co-transport in EHT was higher than that of abnormal patients. Cell sodium metabolism regulators act on the mechanism of hypertension maintenance rather than the motivation. These results also suggest that EHT may have different types of ion transport, some may be sodium pump inhibitory and the other part may be Na ~ + -K ~ + co-transport deficient.
