探讨我国中学体育教师的教学效能感与职业倦怠之间的关系,促进体育教改不断深入和发展,提高我国中学体育师资质量。本研究采用教学效能感问卷和职业倦怠问卷随机对邵阳市400名中学体育教师进行施测。结果表明:(1)教龄长短对于体育教师教学效能感和情绪枯竭、去人格化等职业倦怠具有显著的影响;性别和学历对体育教师的效能感有一定影响但不显著。(2)教龄对职业倦怠各维度有非常显著的作用。(3)体育教师的个人教学效能感与去人格化、成就感两个维度存在显著的线性关系。(4)体育教师一般教学效能感与情绪枯竭存在显著的线性关系。
To explore the relationship between the teaching efficacy and job burnout of China's middle school PE teachers, to promote the continuous deepening and development of sports education reform, and to improve the quality of middle school PE teachers in China. In this study, 400 middle school PE teachers in Shaoyang city were randomized using the teaching efficacy questionnaire and the job burnout questionnaire. The results show that: (1) The length of teaching has a significant impact on physical education teacher's teaching efficacy and job burnout such as emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; gender and education have a certain influence on the efficacy of physical education teachers but not significant. (2) The teaching age has a very significant effect on the dimensions of job burnout. (3) There is a significant linear relationship between physical education teachers' personal teaching efficacy, depersonalization, and accomplishment. (4) There is a significant linear relationship between general teaching efficacy and emotional exhaustion of PE teachers.
