近年来,根据中央加强土地调控、稳定房地产市场的有关精神,北京市国土资源局在土地政策参与房地产市场调控的实践中,进行了积极的探索与实践。2009年,面对国际金融危机影响的复杂形势,认真贯彻落实国家及北京市关于扩内需、保增长、调结构的各项政策措施,以“多储快供”为调控着力点,充分发挥土地与财政、金融等政策的协调配合作用,增强土地供应政策的灵活性和针对性,促进了首都房地产市场的健康发展。
