目的:了解并掌握5年间萧山区第一人民医院医疗任务完成情况及变化规律,为研制今后的工作计划提供科学决策依据。方法:选择该院2007-2011年医疗统计报表中代表性好、敏感性强的指标,先将其指数化,然后计算各年的综合指数。结果:2011年综合指数最高,2007年综合指数最低。5年当中,I值呈逐年稳步上升趋势,代表医疗工作强度指标的门诊人次、出院人次和手术人次大幅上升,出院人次和手术人次的增长在工作效率指标中未有明显体现,手术病人住院时间相对较长,平均住院日也未能有效下降,诊断质量指标和治疗质量指标的变化均不明显,2011年的危重病人抢救成功率指标有明显下降。结论:应整合现有的人力资源,大力引进人才并加大培养力度,合理配置人员,减轻医务人员超负荷的工作量,促进安全医疗。医院在扩大规模的同时,要重视医院学术氛围的培育,加强重点学科的建设,对诊疗质量的重要性应长抓不懈。
OBJECTIVE: To understand and master the completion of the medical mission and the changing rules of the First People’s Hospital of Xiaoshan District in the past five years, so as to provide a scientific basis for decision-making in the future work plan. Methods: Select the hospital from 2007 to 2011 medical statistics report representative of the good, sensitive indicators, first index it, and then calculate the composite index of each year. Results: The highest composite index in 2011, the lowest in 2007 composite index. In the past five years, the I value showed a steady upward trend year by year. The outpatients, discharges and surgeries representing the intensity of medical work intensity rose sharply. The increase in the number of discharges and surgeries was not significantly reflected in the work efficiency indicators. The length of hospital stay Relatively long, the average length of stay also failed to effectively reduce the diagnostic quality indicators and treatment quality indicators are not obvious changes in 2011, critically ill patients rescue success rate index decreased significantly. Conclusion: It is necessary to integrate existing human resources, introduce talents vigorously, intensify training efforts, allocate staff rationally, reduce the workload of medical staff and promote safe medical treatment. While expanding the scale of the hospital, we must attach importance to cultivating the academic atmosphere of the hospital and strengthening the construction of key disciplines. The importance of the quality of medical treatment should be maintained.
