《义务教育数学课程标准》在第四部分“实施建议”的教学建议中明确指出:在数学活动中,教师要把基本理念转化为自己的教学行为,处理好教师讲授与学生自主学习的关系,注重启发学生积极思考;发扬教学民主,当好学生数学活动的组织者、引导者、合作者;激发学生的学习潜能,鼓励学生大胆创新与实践。那么,教师在数学课堂教学中究竟应该怎样当好教学的组织者、引导者、合作者呢?究竟应该怎样让学生的个性在课堂中得以释放,展现生命的活
