设计特定要求的数字化研究辅助电路及相应软件,分析了激光辐照材料表面时产生的散射现象,进一步揭示激光束与材料相互作用机理,用以提高材料对激光能量的吸收率,改善激光加工质量;试验结果表明此研究思路正确,与理论推断吻合.
