企业党建与企业文化建设是两项不同的工作,但却有着许多的共同特征。一样的工作目标,企业党建工作是通过党的基本路线、爱国主义、集体主义和社会主义教育引导广大群众树立正确的理想信念和价值观;企业文化建设是企业在经营管理过程中创造的具有本企业特色的精神财富的总和,对企业成员有感召力和凝聚力,它以全体员工为工作对象,通过宣传、教育、培训等方式,以最大限度地统一员工意志,规范员工行为,凝聚员工力量,为企业总目标服务。一样的工作对象,二者都是以人为本的科学,都是以尊重人、理解人、关心人、激励人为出发点,强调协调企业内部的人际关系。两者如果能有机地结合,必将形成互补互促的良好格局。
