肾脏是人体负责钠排泄的重要器官,近年研究发现肾脏的利尿、排钠作用受到多巴胺的控制。所有多巴胺受体亚型均直接或间接参与血压调节和肾脏尿钠排泄。本文旨在探讨多巴胺受体在原发性高血压发生中的作用,以及多巴胺与其相关调节因子在原发性高血压防治方面的应用前景。
Kidney is the body responsible for sodium excretion of important organs, recent studies have found that the kidneys diuretic, sodium role of dopamine control. All dopamine receptor subtypes are directly or indirectly involved in blood pressure regulation and renal urinary sodium excretion. This article aims to explore the role of dopamine receptors in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension and dopamine and its related regulators in the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension prospects.
