根据本钢板材股份有限公司一冷轧厂现有的设备状态,通过降低酸洗带钢表面FeCl_2含量、优化轧机工作辊镀铬层厚度、调整末架轧机压下率、开发更优的退火氢气吹扫工艺制度等措施,将冷轧后带钢表面反射率由55%~65%提高到75%~85%,退火后反射率由70%~80%提高到85%~90%。同时降低了氢气消耗和废氢排放量,减少氢气排放量1 091.4km~3。
