针对某汽车用铝合金连杆,在传统模锻制坯工艺的基础上,提出了楔横轧制坯的毛坯计算方法:首先确定计算截面位于毛坯的杆部还是头部,然后根据杆部、头部的位置不同给出该截面的计算直径和确定其长度的方法;进而分析了楔横轧制坯时坯料形状的优化评价指标;并对具体的铝合金连杆进行了有限元模拟。结果表明:采用楔横轧制坯,不仅加工工艺简单,飞边仅占原工件体积的16%,而且合适的坯料形状可使终锻件的变形均匀性目标函数、变形力以及最大损伤值等优化指标达到最小,验证了本文提出的楔横轧制坯方法的正确性。
Aiming at the aluminum alloy connecting rod of a car, on the basis of the traditional forging billet technology, a method of calculating the wedge cross-rolling billet is proposed. First, the calculation section is located in the rod part or the head part of the rough part, The difference of the head position gives the calculated diameter of the section and the method of determining its length. Then the optimization evaluation index of the billet shape during the cross wedge rolling is analyzed. The finite element simulation of the aluminum alloy connecting rod is carried out.
