为了解决突出煤层掘进时排放钻孔不能有效消除工作面瓦斯经常超限严重影响矿井生产这一难题,试验了水力挤出措施。分析实施该措施前后瓦斯涌出量、除尘效率及巷道掘进速度并结合对综合经济效益的计算,证明水力挤出措施是一项有效解决煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯超限的技术。
In order to solve the problem that the discharge of drilling holes during the process of outburst coal seam excavation can not effectively eliminate the problem that the frequent over-limit of gas in the working face seriously affects the mine production, the hydraulic extrusion measure was tested. The gas emission, dust removal efficiency and tunneling speed before and after the implementation of this measure are analyzed. The calculation of comprehensive economic benefits proves that the hydraulic extrusion measure is an effective technology to solve the gas overrun of coal tunnel face.
