我院系医科院血液病专科医院,在血液病的诊断、治疗和科研等方面居于国内领先地位。但由于是专科医院,医院内学科发展不平衡。属于血液病重点学科的业务科室,技术水平有发展和竞争,业务前景和工作条件优越,而非重点学科的业务科室,由于特色不突出,受医疗市场冲击较大,业务萎缩,技术力量不稳定,工作人员不安心。因此,保证和提高重点学科的学术水平,推动和促进非重点学科的业务开展,是医院改革工作的重点。
